Each alder bundle will be made with untreated wood and may vary slightly. Since this is a natural product; the wood may be cracked and the bark may be separated away from the wood. Each wood slice is unique and not perfectly round. The bark on the branches of a tree can vary in color. We cut the branches from fallen trees, here at The Flower Patch in North Central Wisconsin.
